Just a little update. 

Thank you so much for following me! 

Lately everything is pretty hectic,

decided to quit school, in the end I want to do fashion anyway (long story).

Celebrated my birthday last Tuesday (Saturday it's my official birthday, turning 19 by then...)!

And now planning to do soooo many things, 

Friday I'll have a party, theme: everybody has to be dressed up, doesn't matter how. 

My outfit? Will be a surprise haha!

Now I'm off, right now watching the Nadal - Rosol tennis match, and can't watch it anymore. Don't know who that Rosol is, but I don't like the way he beats up Nadal. 

Poor kid. 

Well got to go, life calls!

LIFE ║ I'll make the call.

Since the weekend has started, 

I think everyone deserves to see something like this.

Like the title says, I would make the call haha! (no worries, I'm not desperate, this is where you have to distinguish 'desperate' and 'knowing what's good for the eye') 

Yesterday I found this at someones blog, and I already said I'd probably post about this, so that's what I'm doin' right now.
Facebook was spammed immidiately after my discovery and now my blog is the victim.

LIFE ║ Winning.

Just a few hours ago, I discovered I'd won the give-away from Chloë!
These are some examples of what I won. 3 of the bracelets will soon be mine!

When I saw them at Chloe's blog (she was wearing them), I really liked the bracelets, but since I can't buy anything (wanna have money for my vacationtrips), I had to wait.
When the give-away came online, I immidiately decided to join of course, so that's what I did.
Result: me having 3 new bracelets!

I'm definitely looking forward to receive my newest bracelets, can't wait!

INSPIRATION ║ Full of life and full of love.

It's been a long time since my last 'inspiration' post.

So decided to do one again!

Can't wait to use my color bug again!

This weekend has been a crazy one, we started painting the windows of the house, but luckily that's finished now (after two days of painting, garderning and seeing the Dutchies lose, I'm pretty exhausted!). Outfits weren't that charming either haha, so you guys aren't missing anything (:

Yesterday I was searching for something in my old room, but because of the enormous bomb explosion I wasn't able to find it immidiately. So I really had to do some kind of journey through the room. And then it happend...

"While I was standing on the edge of my bed, and decided to return to the door, I wanted to step on a little bench. Somehow the bench didn't expected this, and decided to overturn with me on top. Results? Me on the floor, screaming and trying to act like a real dramaqueen (did some hopeless attempts to cry and really make a scene, but I was only able to laugh at myself), while my foot was scratched (and has doubled its size...), my buttocks hurted (I fell down in a plastic basket, well it was one, 'cause now it's broken haha!), and a blue bruise on my arm (landed against a tray)..."

NEW IN ║ Mina UK blouse.

I categorized this blouse under 'new in', but the surprising part is when I tell you how this blouse came new in my closet!

Well, here it comes!

"Once there was a little girl...

Who went to this event called: Where Bloggers Meet. When she arrived there (as a soaked cat -.-), the people over there told her she had to pick a number from the lottery tree and write down her name, blog and e-mailadres. She picked number 13. While people told her that would bring bad luck, she ignored it and filled in the paper. Then the wheel of fortune started, with prizes you can't stop lovin'. 

While chatting and acting weird she suddenly heard 'NUMBER 13?!'. 'Oh gosh that's me!' she thought. Appeared that she'd won yellow leopard heels. But, stupid, this wasn't her size! As she said that, she'd got offered this new blouse (not her size either, but she will wear this oversized, ah well she'll anticipate haha). And she lived happily ever after. 

...The (happy) end."

In short: I won the blouse at the bloggersevent: Where Bloggers Meet. 

Ain't that just to cool?! Yes it is!

And what makes it extra cool, is that when I arrived at the location (at the office of PRBB), there were all these shelves with all kinds of amazing brands and clothes, including Mina UK, and I told some fellow bloggers how much I love the brand, but that most of the time it's too expensive for such a poor student as I am haha (:

OUTFIT ║ Give me shelter or show me heart.

Here it is! The dress I received from Madam Rage. I ordered it a while ago and I also told you that I received it superfast, and ever since I was waiting 'till the perfect opportunity to wear it.
Because the dress is actually a bit to long for me (because of that great hemline) I decided to 'fold' the dress and put a belt around it. (If I'm not wearing the jacket, it looks like I've got like this weird and huge piece of fat sitting there, like a belt haha, still working on a better solution...)

So what was that perfect opportunity then?

While Facebooking, I received this invite (via Facebook) for the socalled 'Where Bloggers Meet'-event.
As I went to the event page, I saw the list of invited people and I was pretty honoured I also had an invite! To me, the others were pretty well known bloggers, so that was cool to see!

I immediately asked some of my (blogger-)friends whether they also had an invite.
Of course they had, and they even had another invite for another event, which - luckily - I was also able to attend.
So we decided to meet each other at Spui (Amsterdam), so we could first make some outfitpictures (it's great to have people - like Jennie, who made these pictures - who actually like making the pictures, that's why I can't wait untill they all start studying so we can visit each other waaaay more often) and then visit the first event. Excitingggggg!

Will tell you more 'bout the events in the upcoming posts! Tum tum tummmmmmm......

EVENT ║ Guess Fall/Winter 2012 .

As I told you before, I went to the socalled Guess launch in Amsterdam, with Jennie and Nanne!

I really didn't knew what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised!

We were able to see the new collections (called Wild at heart and Fearless) from Guess and to met some new interesting bloggers! 

In the last picture you can see Linsey, I met her at the event, and it was a pleasure to meet her haha (: 

I also met Louis, you can see him in the fourth picture (with my heels from Oasap it looks like I'm as tall as Louis is haha!).

'Bout the collection, because why was I surprised?
Well to be honest, most of the time, Guess is a bit too much for me, I mean, every time when I see a cute watch or bag and I'm trying it on, it looks weird on me. Don't know why, but it just does. 

But this new collection had some watches and bracelets which I really loved, they had the glamorous Guess attitude, but with some more... euhm. me? haha I don't know, but I just liked this collection, and it can even look normal on me haha, alright hope you understand what I'm trying to say...

NEW IN ║ Kevin Murphy Pink Color Bug.

Let me introduce to you: the Color Bug from Kevin Murphy!

A while ago I posted that I wanted to (dip) dye my hair, or put some extensions in it, but because I also want to donate my hair, I wasn't able to do the dye-part. And well the extensions, I haven't got a real excuse therefore. 

But then, someone told be about this color bug, and I was like, yeah sounds good, but hey did you notice my hair is like black?! That will never work!
That thought changed when I saw some reviews and films on the Internet.
So I decided to buy one! 

The color bugs are available in pink, purple and orange! (Rumour has it that there are new colors coming up...) If you want to buy one, I recomment you to do some research, 'cause the prices variate from €14,95 till €19,95 (sometimes even without shipping costs!).

Today I tried it for the first time, just to see whether it will work, and wow I'm happy! It's not as pink as I hoped it would be, but maybe I have to put some more stuff on it haha!

As I told you in my previous post, Tuesday I went to the Guess Launch with Nanne and Jennie (who also made these shots)!

Pictures of the launch are coming up, but first, I want to show you what I wore!. 

This might be one of my favorite outfits (or sometimes I wear this outfit with another jeans/leggings and another shirt, but the idea remains the same.

I love the basic yet casual chic look (at least, that's what it is to me, but then a bit more casual than classy maybe...)!

Saturday, my brother will celebrate his birthday (he turned 15 in December, but because the weather we decided to celebrate it in the summer haha!) and of course the European Championship will start for the Dutchies so we're probably gonna watch that with everybody!

Oh oh oh! And today I made a new purchase, which I'm very happy with! Although, I hope so, because I have to try it first. But if it works it's gonna be amazing!

NEW IN ║ Ordered at Madam Rage.

Hereby, I present to you: my first order at Madam Rage!

I thought the left dress (with cat print!) would be great for summer, and I think the print is pretty original (well, at least in the Dutch streets...), so I surprised myself by ordering these two dresses! I also saw a supercute tunic with birdprint, but unfortunately they didn't have that one in my size anymore...

Because of my exams I wasn't home when the package arrived, which sucked, because the delivery was way very quick haha, which led to the package which was already waiting for me when I came home.

I immidiately unpacked the package and tried the dresses on. 

Definitely love them, there a bit different from the dresses I've got, and I was still searching for a dress with a  different hemline, so I finally found one! Still searching for a basic cotton one as well haha!

Today I'm going to the Guess launch with Jennie and Nanne! Lookin' forward to see them, and of course to the launch!
But first I have to head to school... Yay me.
